 Buisness Relationship Clearing

This section focuses on the actual relationships between 2 or more people in business situations. I use business as our example, but it could also be a community group, a church, a club or association or even a sports team or school. Anywhere there are people in a hiearcy of rolls to be played, there can be undercurrents that are caused by miscommunication. Think about the stores you don't go to because of that "weird" feeling you get by walking in the doors. You want your location to be a destination location where people want to be. Whether working or buying, the "Vibe" is welcoming.

Trust is probably the biggest issue between owners and partners. The balance and success that any business can hope to achieve is done by understanding the roles played by each person. Sometimes a veil of deception is created by one or more of these members. This creates an overshadowing doubt in others. It can also be lack of communication between partnerships that can signal the downfall of the entire organization.

Communicating information between owners and employees can be sketchy at best if the management doesn't understand the reasons for the goals of the owners. Clarity and understanding are vital for a functioning business or collective.

When someone takes a job with an employer, there is a relationship being built on trust.

1) That the employer will uphold his end by paying the employee for a service rendered, and ...

2) The employee will render that service as agreed upon. When that trust issue becomes clouded with emotion or doubt, both sides suffer.

Here deal with people working together as individuals and as a collective group in departments or responsibilities. While the employee depends on getting his instructions from the management or owners, they still have to deal with coworkers on a daily basis. Relationships and issues that come from those associations and interactions affect the overall atmosphere in the workplace. Conflict between coworkers creates a negative atmosphere. Many businesses don't realize how much a negative vendor can affect their bottom line. Clear and concise understanding of rolls help both sides to be profitable and willing to work together. When a conflict of interest or a trust issue is created between a Vendor and either the Owners / Mangement or the Employees they deal with, then an opportunity for underlying skepticism is born.

Here is where it really makes a difference. If your organization is not functioning on a positive level, there is an undertone that is broadcast to your customers. The message is sometimes unclear at first and causes your customers to be wary even though they can not quite understand why. Later this distrust magnifies and entire groups of people just start finding another place to come for services. It can be from reputation or that gloomy feeling they get when they come into your establishment.
